Secret Manager
One place to see every BlockWill Secret you have saved, across every vault, with when it was last opened.
Every BlockWill Secret you choose to save lands here, from every Secure and Legacy Vault you have. It exists so that a passphrase you set months ago on a vault you rarely open is still findable.
The whole page sits behind a passkey check. Entering it is itself an event worth recording, which is why it asks every time.
Search by name, filter by vault type, and read the grid of cards. Each card shows the secret's name, which vault it belongs to, when it was last opened and how many times.
The status badges
| Badge | Meaning |

| Secure | Belongs to an active Secure Vault |
| Legacy | Belongs to a Legacy Vault you have inherited or created |
| Expired | The vault is gone, or your access to it was revoked |
An Expired card is worth attention: the secret is still stored here but the vault it opened no longer exists, so it protects nothing. It is safe to delete.
Viewing a secret
Toggle visibility or copy it to the clipboard. Opening a secret is recorded against it.
Editing
The name and description are yours to change. The passphrase itself is a property of the vault, not of this card.
Access history
Each card carries a last-accessed timestamp and a count.
This tells you when and how often, not who. If you need the actor, use Settings then Security Logs, which records identity against each event.
The timestamp on the card does not refresh immediately after you close the View dialog. It updates on a full page reload. The access was recorded; the card is just behind.
Deleting
Deleting removes the saved copy from Secret Manager. It does not change the vault: the passphrase still opens it. If this was your only record of that passphrase, you have just lost your way in.
